ABBEY PROPER

Abbey completed her Master of Physiotherapy at Swinburne University of Technology. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and dual diplomas in Leadership and Management and Sport Development.

With a lifelong involvement in sport, Abbey has a strong passion for movement, performance, and helping people stay active. Her sporting background has shaped her appreciation for strong team culture, consistency, and the importance of high-quality movement in both everyday life and athletic performance.

Abbey enjoys working in collaborative environments and is motivated by helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active and spending time with friends, and she looks forward to supporting our clients through every stage of their recovery and performance journey.
